  4. Student, SMP, and No Insurance (RMT/MOT) Services are not eligible for direct billing & reimbursement to insurance & health spending accounts.
  5. For SMP bookings, select the First Visit appointments if this is your first time booking an appointment in our spa/clinic. If you have booked with us before, please select the return visit appointments.
