Osteopathy-Massage Integrated Therapy Assessment & Treatment

Manual Osteopathic Therapy uses gentle manual techniques that may include soft tissue therapy, joint mobilization, myofascial release, stretching, and osteoarticular techniques to help improve mobility, restore balance within the body, and support the body’s natural healing abilities. We only accept pregnant clients who have surpassed the first trimester and pregnant clients who are not high-risk for safety reasons.

Pre Natal Massage

A Teems massage is a smooth, gentle treatment that relieves muscular tension, increases circulation, and promotes a general sense of relaxation. This massage is performed using Swedish techniques consisting of long, rhythmic strokes and small circular movements which help to break down adhesions and promote better circulation.
