Joanna Marie Bagunu
Joanna was born and raised in the beautiful islands of the Philippines, whom initially migrated to Halifax, Nova Scotia. Then, she moved to the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo to further pursue the field of Massage Therapy. She is passionate about the positive effects of massage therapy on the body as well as the mind. She has a vast experience in several massage modalities including but not limited to Thai Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and Swedish Relaxation Massage. Her techniques are very thorough and can be tailored in accordance to each client's needs. She has always been interested in how the body works and traditional healing practices. Her work experiences have given her the ability and knowledge to work with various clients to address their treatment goals. As she strive to provide an effective massage treatment, she is enhancing her knowledge by pursuing her studies to become an RMT.
