First Visit Therapeutic Massage Assessment & Treatment

Deep tissue massage centers on realigning the deeper layers of connective and muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the tense areas, either following or going across the fiber's of the muscles, tendons and fascia.

Deep Tissue Massage

This massage includes soft, long strokes, yet are also light, tapping, rhythmic strokes on our topmost layer of muscles. This massage is also combined with movement of joints. By this, it relieves muscles and it can both relaxing and rejuvenating.

Relaxation Massage

A couples massage is when you and a friend each enjoy a massage while lying on two separate beds next to each other.

There are two massage therapists—one for each person. 

These massage sessions are often shared as a gift between romantic partners, but they don’t have to be.

Couple Massage

Prenatal massage helps pregnant women relieve stress and discomfort in pregnancy. Many pregnant women experience discomfort in the back, neck, & legs. Prenatal massage helps relieve headaches and swelling from increased blood flow.

We only accept pregnant clients who have surpassed the first trimester and pregnant clients who are not high-risk for safety reasons.

Pre Natal Massage

A kids relaxation massage is a smooth, gentle treatment that relieves muscular tension, increases circulation, and promotes a general sense of relaxation. This massage is performed using Swedish techniques consisting of long, rhythmic strokes and small circular movements which help to break down adhesions and promote better circulation.

This appointment is for kids who are ages 1 to 12 years old.

Kids Massage

A Teems massage is a smooth, gentle treatment that relieves muscular tension, increases circulation, and promotes a general sense of relaxation. This massage is performed using Swedish techniques consisting of long, rhythmic strokes and small circular movements which help to break down adhesions and promote better circulation.

This service is suitable for teens ages 12 - 17 years of age.
