Student Massage (Relaxation/Deep Tissue)
Description
Student Massage Therapy is provided by a Massage Therapy Student currently enrolled in an accredited massage therapy program and completing supervised clinical training. These treatments focus on promoting relaxation, reducing stress, improving circulation, relieving muscle tension, and supporting overall wellness while allowing student therapists to develop their assessment and treatment skills in a professional clinical setting. All student treatments are performed in accordance with the student's level of training and under the guidance of a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) supervisor. To support the student's learning and ensure treatment quality and client safety, the supervising RMT may enter the treatment room during your appointment to observe, provide guidance, assess techniques, or answer questions related to your treatment. Clients can expect a safe, professional, and client-centered experience at a reduced rate compared to treatments provided by Registered Massage Therapists. Important: Student Massage Therapy services are not eligible for insurance direct billing, insurance reimbursement, Health Care Spending Account (HCSA) claims, or any extended health benefit coverage**, as the treatments are provided by a student therapist who is not yet registered as a Massage Therapist. Payment is the responsibility of the client, and receipts are provided for personal records only.
