Description

Therapeutic Massage with Graston Technique® This focused therapeutic treatment combines hands-on massage therapy with the use of specialized stainless steel instruments used in the Graston Technique® to help address soft tissue restrictions, muscle tension, scar tissue, and mobility limitations. This treatment is designed to target specific areas of dysfunction and is not intended as a full body relaxation massage. Your therapist will use therapeutic massage techniques alongside instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization to help break down fascial restrictions, improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, and support the body’s natural healing and recovery processes. This treatment may be beneficial for individuals experiencing chronic tension, repetitive strain, sports-related discomfort, or movement restrictions. Adjunctive therapeutic modalities may also be incorporated during the session when clinically appropriate to further support treatment goals and enhance therapeutic outcomes.
